Advisor
Brock has been with DBP Wealth Advisory Group since its inception. He provides specialized advice in each area of a financial plan, taking a comprehensive approach to building individualized solutions for each specific client he works with. Brock specializes not only in wealth accumulation, but also in wealth transfer. Brock’s “superpower” is being able to communicate advanced financial concepts to people in a manner they can understand. He also cares deeply about the clients he works with and understands the importance of building trust. Brock likes to tell his clients, “Many people make financial decisions from a place of fear. I want to empower my clients to make decisions from a place of confidence.”
Education and Designations
Brock graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018, holding a bachelor’s degree in finance. Upon joining DBP Wealth Advisory Group, he soon obtained his Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licenses. He then went through the year-plus long process of obtaining his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation – so that he could truly give specialized advice in each of the core pillars of a financial plan. He also is a member of FINSECA, and recently became an ambassador of the program, which allows him to have his finger on the pulse when it comes to our legislative body in Washington DC. Brock has helped grow his firm purely from word-of-mouth referrals, as he believes “if you do the right thing for people, food will be on the table every night.”

Brock is married to his wife, Kendall, and they live in Highland, IL. They prioritize spending time with their family and friends, as they believe relationships are what make for a happy life. They both are HUGE Fighting Illini fans, as they met at the University of Illinois. They also love the outdoors; most of their free time is spent playing in local intramural leagues, going on walks, and riding their bikes. Brock also loves to golf – his father, Brent, taught him to play when he was just 12 months old.
